"Product Was Fine, But the Packaging Was Disappointing"
My order arrived in one piece, which I was relieved about, but I felt a little disappointed with the packaging. For the price, I expected it to feel more secure and cared for. The box was kind of dented, and there really wasn’t much padding inside, so I was a bit nervous opening it. Thankfully nothing was damaged, and the product itself was okay, but I do wish it had been packed with a little more protection

"A Bit Too Bulky for Everyday Carry"
From what I remember using it day to day, it just felt a little too bulky in my bag. The pockets seemed useful at first, but in practice they felt awkward and kind of annoying when I was reaching for things.

"Zipper keeps getting stuck"
Umm, I didn’t have this for long before the zipper started getting stuck, and then it pretty much broke. Disappointing.

"Not as practical as I expected"
I bought this thinking it would be good for carrying my everyday stuff, but the pocket layout is awkward. A few pockets are way too tight, and others are in weird spots, so I still end up digging around trying to find things. Also, I feel like the terms or expectations around what this was supposed to offer kind of changed from what I thought I was getting, which is frustrating. For the price, I expected it to be a lot more useful.

"Didn't really work for my pens"
I got this mostly to use for storing and carrying pens, and to be fair, it might be okay for smaller items or a different setup. But for my pens, it just didn’t work that well. Some of the slots were too tight, while others felt too loose, so the pens moved around more than I expected. A couple of them even ended up rubbing against each other. I really wanted it to be useful, but for pen storage, I was disappointed...

"Looks Nice, But Not Great to Carry Around"
I do like the way it looks, and it’s perfectly fine if it’s just sitting on a desk most of the time. But if you’re planning to carry it around every day, common sense says the extra bulk and weight start to matter. The cover feels a bit chunky in my bag and made it heavier than I expected, so it’s not the most convenient option for being on the go.

"Smaller than it looked to me"
I bought this thinking it would be a decent everyday bag, but it ended up being way smaller than I expected. Compared to other bags around the same price, it really doesn’t hold much. I can barely fit a notebook and a few pens, and once I zip it up, everything feels squished. It’s not terrible, but the capacity just isn’t great for what it costs

"Paper didn’t really live up to what I expected"
I ordered from lochby.com because I was expecting the paper to feel a bit more premium, but it ended up being rougher and thinner than I hoped. A couple of my pens bled through a little too. The cover itself is fine, so it’s not even about that, it’s really just the paper quality that disappointed me. It’s not awful, but I don’t think I’d buy it again.

"Not quite worth the price for me"
I paid more than I probably should have, or at least more than it felt worth once I actually had it in hand. The material is fine, I guess, not bad or anything, but for the price I was expecting something a little more impressive. Maybe I’m being picky, and I can see how it might work well for other people, but for me it just didn’t feel like a great value. I kept thinking it would grow on me, but yeah, I’m still not totally convinced

"Slow Support and No Real Human Help"
I reached out for help and the replies took forever. What made it more frustrating was that it never really felt like I was talking to an actual person who cared. Everything felt distant and automated, and I ended up feeling like my issue wasn’t important to them

"Pretty Solid, Just a Little Rough Around the Edges"
Overall, the build feels REALLY solid. The stitching looks good and the material seems like it can handle some use. That said, a few of the edges on mine were a bit rough, which was kind of disappointing. It’s not a dealbreaker or anything, I just expected it to feel a little more polished.

"Still waiting and honestly disappointed"
I’m still waiting for my order, and at this point it just feels wrong to leave customers hanging like this. If a company takes your money, they should at least keep you updated or deliver when they say they will

"Didn't really feel like a gift"
I got the pouch to give as a gift, and I don’t know, it just didn’t really feel gift-ready when it showed up. The packaging was plain, and unless I missed it, there wasn’t a way to add a nicer note or anything. The pouch itself seemed fine, but more like everyday gear than something you’d hand over as a special present. Ended up feeling a little awkward

"Looks okay, but the layout is a mess"
I really wanted to like this, but the layout just didn’t work for me at all. The pockets feel awkward, and I kept having to dig around to find what I needed. It looks fine on the outside, but for actually staying organized, it was frustrating. whoever runs this should rethink the design because it just doesn’t make much sense in everyday use.

"I really wanted to like this…"
I really wanted to like this, and maybe it’s one of those things that gets better the more you use it, but right out of the box the waxed canvas just felt kind of stiff and a little tacky in my hand. It’s hard to explain, but it didn’t have that nice comfortable feel I was expecting, so using it wasn’t really enjoyable for me...

"Not really a fan of the design"
The site design just feels kind of messy and dull to me. I’m not sure exactly what it is, but something about it feels a little off and makes it less enjoyable to look around.

"I bought this expecting it to…"
I bought this expecting it to be better, but the weird part is the stitching started coming loose after just a few days of use. I wasn’t even being rough with it, so that was disappointing. Definitely not happy with the quality.

I thought this would fit my regular notebook but it ended up being the wrong size. Annoying since I was expecting it to work.

"Looked nice, but didn’t hold up"
I really liked how the bag looked at first, but after just a few weeks the metal clip started bending and the zipper pull felt cheap. I had waited a while to get it, so it was frustrating to see it wear out so quickly. I expected it to last longer
